epic PE during puberty

Hey so Im 15 almost 16 and I have like decent size (7.25 length, 5.5 girth) but I wanna get it bigger, i dont really care abt length that much but i wanna gain like an inch in girth ideally. Ill be hoppin on test e in a couple months to keep my test at 1750-2000 so iguess thatll help a bit but still it's prob not enough to get the inch.
I've heard abt DHT topical creams and pumps but idk if it actually works... WHAT CAN I DO.
