Epiduo x lycopene

i have been on epiduo (benzoyl peroxide and adapalene) for a few months now and it is very effective in combatting acne, will lycopene worsen/better the results, i want it for the colouring but worried it might interfere w the epiduo.

idk, used epiduo before and yes it was very effective for acne, but when i stopped it came back, so be prepared cuz it could happen
