Eplerenone AM/PM vs only AM

Last time I tried 50mg eplerenone all at once in the morning I nearly died I’ve been fine on 25mg tho but since the half life is only about 6 hours should I try doing 25mg in the morning 25mg in the night or stick to only 25mg

Stick to AM only as that is when it is most effective - due to it being an MR antagonist which supresses aldosterone which peaks in the morning
