eplerenone and HCTZ (50 mg and 12.5 mg)

Is 50mg of eplerenone and 12.5 mg of HCTZ everyday gonna do anything and is it sustainable for a long term ? Ill test out different doses but I'm just looking for a baseline on where to start. (Pretty boneless but around 14-18% bf)
