Should I take eplerenone as a natty? (50mg) I am 5'8, 125lbs and im like 8.7% body fat. (17yr) I still have a lot of bloat in my face even when i on a 1:2 sodium to potassium ratio. (If i go 1:3 or 1:4 then i feel like my sodium is extremely unbalanced, therefore causing even more bloat because my body feels the need to hold onto sodium more). But if anybody has any advice on this thread on how to handle the ratio then lmk.

I could just be mistaking myself and maybe I just have bad genetics in regards to facial fat and fat dispurtion. When my face is closed I have hollow cheeks but as soon as i go to talk my face just appears extremely round and bloated. I have taken dandelion root extract before and it makes a pretty alright difference but im tired with the cope bs.

I could try some other fixes like aqualyx or lemon bottle or maybe a milder diuretic than eplerenone, or maybe even magnesium glycinate or ashwagandha for cortisol purposes (moon face) but let me know your suggestions.

I would say just take eplerenone since it's a good, harmless loop diuretic ,but you're 5'8 so why even bother with "le bloated face" if literally everyone is going to view you as a subhuman regardless of what you do.
