Hella bloated rn, thinking abt Eplerenone as I can get it easily right now,would yall recommend me to naturally debloat at 15 or js take Eplerenone and yes im below 15% bf and lowkey twig but have face fat

if you think the issue is bloating then do it. its pretty expensive compared to other diuretics but it also is the most effective for long term use

Well what would u say can debloat me temporarily than I can js cut out on sodium and sugar?

just don’t consume too much sodium, sugar, and unhealthy fats and you’ll be fine. eat a banana or something and drink hella water and go on walks.
