Eplerenone chest pains

I just bumped up my eplerenone to 50mg for the third day now alongside now just taking 2.5mg minox 0.5 dut and 20mg accutane. I take this in the morning and take the minox at night and got this weird sensation in my chest. I’ve gotten hiccups like 4 different times and has continued for like 4 hrs. Should I just back off this shit or is this just a coincidence

My package just came 2 days ago. So that’s how long I’ve been taking it. Makes sense. I’ll prob wait for this to subside and see when to start up again.

yes when i started my 2.5mg oral min 7 months ago and still now, the first 3-2 weeks i was having chest hardness/stiffing and bit of chest pain, i also felt very weak and almost fell multiple times. After 1 month its supposed to stop and your body adjusts do not add any extra medications until after 1 month of daily oral min use and side effect disappearance.

Go to medic for metabolic panel for pottasium and craatine checking, if u cant, monitor your blood pressure to see if its bottoming out or spiking
