Eplerenone dosage and questions?

I just bought 100 pills of Eplerenone 50mg each, and I just wanna be safe with dosage and properly debloat with them. Also, how do I stay hydrated while on it? I read Slayerjonas guide on it, but he doesn't explain well how to stay hydrated on it, because I wanna stay on it long term but not cook my kidneys.

just eat normally, are you on test? eple mainly helps with test bloat
