Is 30mg an good amount of eplerenone to see results or is that too little,50 mg sounds good but also my heart and kidneys exploding is not a good trade

30mg is subclinical, you won’t see much unless you’re ultra salt-sensitive. 50mg is the standard daily dose and where you’ll actually notice water-shedding and reduced mineralocorticoid bloat. The “heart/kidney exploding” issue only comes if you’re stacking potassium, ACE inhibitors, or already compromised.

If you're healthy 50mg is good, don't megadose potassium.
