Just wanted to make sure I’m not being a complete fucking retard and taking eplerenone right. I ordered like 200 25mg pills off India mart and i have been taking them for like a week.

Is it safe to take 25-50mg daily?

I’m on test and hgh currently, gonna pin Tren tmr.

Just wanna make sure I’m not fucking up my heart or kidneys. I know I can’t take Cialis or viagra while on it.

If there is anything I should be doing or shouldn’t be doing lmk. Wasn’t able to find a thread giving a guide. I also have 230pills off 40mg furo that I am planning on using soon.

yeah bro eplerenone’s actually one of the milder and safer options out there if you’re using it smart. it’s selective as hell compared to something like spironolactone, so way less risk of hormonal sides or killing libido. 25-50mg ed is pretty standard even clinically, so you’re not overdoing it. since you’re on test + hgh and about to hop on tren, it’s actually a solid move to keep water retention and blood pressure under control. just make sure you’re watching potassium intake. eplerenone can raise serum potassium a bit, and combined with tren or hgh which can mess with water/electrolytes, it’s something to keep an eye on. avoid stacking it with furosemide at the same time unless you really know what you’re doing that’s a loop diuretic, and running both can deplete sodium too fast or crash blood pressure. better to cycle them (e.g. eplerenone daily, furo only if you’re holding a ton of water short-term). so yeah, 25-50mg eplerenone ed is fine. just hydrate, maybe throw in some electrolytes every few days, and don’t go crazy mixing it with other diuretics or cialis. your organs will be fine if you stay reasonable with dosing.

if u mixed cialis with hctz or furosemide would that be fine?

you can, but you gotta be careful both cialis and diuretics drop blood pressure, just in different ways. stacking them can hit you with dizziness or that about to faint when standing up feeling if you’re not hydrated enough. if you’re using hctz, keep cialis at like 5-10mg max and take it at a different time of day, preferably not right after your diuretic. hctz also depletes electrolytes, so make sure you’re getting enough sodium, magnesium, and potassium otherwise cialis will hit harder than you want it to. with furosemide it’s trickier since it’s stronger and dumps water fast. i wouldn’t combine them unless you’re doing a short-term dry-out and you really know how your body reacts. if you do, start super low on cialis and sip on electrolyte water through the day.

yeah for 5 days straight im planning to run around 40mg of hctz per day and 5mg of cialis, nothing crazy, but i appreciate the help

No, it's not. You can easily get hypovolemic and hyperkaliemic. I wouldn't suggest any diuretic just for debloat purposes, but if I had to I would chose furosemide.
