Anyone here who’s taken Eplerenone consistently. 25-50mg a day how long did it take for you to start seeing results. Also how the fuck do you get rid of tingling in fingers think it’s some sort of electrolyte imbalance but I’m only dosing 25mg at the moment. Up to 50 or should I be waiting about 2-4 weeks to see results

It took a couple weeks for me to lose a few lbs of water from taking epler. I would wait a bit. Also, I did not get the finger tingling.

Yep I can notice in my physique looks dry as fuck but can’t really see any change in the face. Not as brutal as furo for sure that used to give me horrendous eyebags and shit. But ye idk im prone to finger tingling for some reason used to happen me years ago even after supplementing shi like potassium chloride

If you’re not on roids you don’t need this and you need to just get lean. Trust me I have done them all

im on eplerenone 50mg 3rd week and im starting to debloat but idk when the debloat will be at its peak
