Background
I’ve been taking eplerenone for about 2 months now, but not perfectly consistently. The most consistent stretch I had was 3-4 weeks straight. After that, I missed doses here and there because I started doubting it was working and got discouraged by the lack of obvious results.
What I’ve Noticed So Far
During the 3-week consistent stretch, I did notice what seemed like some results (mainly less bloat in the face)
The problem is I cant tell 100% if it was
Current Dosage / How I take it
First Week: 25mg daily
After that: 50 mg daily
I take two 25 mg tablets in the morning, usually on an empty stomach, and then eat shortly after.

1. Consistency + Timelines
What I’m Looking For:
Most info I've found online is pretty basic, and I haven't seen many posts that really break down dosing + consistency + timeline in a detailed way. If anyone has experience with this and can share what actually worked for them (and what to monitor), I'd really appreciate it.

- The eplerenone kicking in
- Placebo / head messing with me
- Other factors outside of eplerenone that happened to make me look less bloated around that time (diet, water, stress, sleep, etc.)

- How long do you need to take eplerenone consistently for it to really work?
- Is it something you only notice after weeks, months, etc.?
- Should I stay at 50mg daily, or is it common to increase to 100mg (or higher, like some people mention)?
- If you’ve increased your dosage, when did you decide to do it, and what changed?
- Does it matter if you take it fasted vs. with food?
- Does timing matter (morning vs. night) or splitting the dose?
