Eplerenone/Hctz question

I'm taking 50 mg eplerenone in the morning and 50 mg at night. I have both 12.5 mg and 25 mg HCTZ on the way. Which HCTZ dose would you recommend? Also, with this eplerenone dose (plus the HCTZ dose you say), how much potassium and sodium should I try to eat each day, and what ratio potassium to sodium would u guys recommend on all of this?

HCTZ: Lean toward 50 mg daily with a stronger push on BP and potassium-lowering effect against the eplerenone. If your body is fine with it you can go to 200 mg daily.

Potassium/sodium:

• Keep dietary potassium on the lower side with eplerenone
• Push sodium harder downward (aim well under 1500–2000 mg/day).
