Eplerenone impact on muscles

Yo Im wondering what is the impact on muscles if you take eplerenone.
Can it lower your muscle size and strength?
I wanna take it because I am bloated for no reason just genetics I am 10 percent body fat i got tested
But my muscles kinda save me on looks so I dont want to ruin them by taking this.
Any help?
