Eplerenone not doing much

I’ve been on eplerenone for several months now, starting at 50mg, which debloated me a bit but not a lot.

After a few months, I bumped up my test dosage from 250mg to 500mg, while HGH stayed at 6 iu. After this increase, my bloat increased drastically, even though my estrogen was under control (blood tests), and I increased dosages to 100, then 150, and then 200, to no effect

Anyone know of any other compounds to stack on eplerenone to combat the bloat, or should I raise dosages even higher like what @SlayerJonas recommends?

When in doubt just raise the dose.

I’m gonna up the dose to 250-300mg tmrw and if I’m still bloated I’m gonna order Hctz and amiloride

I'm also on 50mg and tbh it just stops me from being very bloated from salty foods but still I get shit morning bloat which is inventible. LMK what that dose does.

Yeah the morning bloat is terrible I don’t look normal until the afternoon
