I’m taking 350 test prop with 20mg ligandrol, I take 25mg eplerenone and 40mg telmisartan daily. The telmisartan is beneficial for debloating because it also acts on the RAAS and causes more upstream aldosterone blocking.

25mg eplerenone is relatively weak, 50mg is a much more effective dose but I’m trying to save money/take less drugs. Do cardio regularly, keep diet clean
