If you had to choose between eplerenone or hctz for a better, safer debloat, which one are you choosing?

should i start on 25mg then work my way up to 50mg or just take 50mg straight up?

I plan on having a 1:1 sodium to potassium ratio while using with around 4 liters of water.

You don't have to but it's good to see how you tolerate it first yk, but you can just take half the pill or something or straight to 50mg up to you
