if your taking it to counteract oral minox bloat just do topical minox.
but if it’s for roids take a higher dose than 50mg

if its 5mg cut it in quarters if its 2.5 in half’s.
eplernone can help but its just expensive and wont actually 0 the oral minox bloat

mabye but ive read enough threads about people complaining about bloat and the science as to why you cant escape from it, to know whats best.

yeah im only doing 2.5
Personally the benefits of it heavily outweigh the sides and Ep is pretty expensive I guess but its fine I got 100 for £40
Ive also gotten Nebivol to try if EP doesn't sort the bloat itself but im gonna be bloated fairly soon anyways from GH
