Should i cycle eplerenone 25mg should i tak it daily or just before events just ordered sum from india mart but i kinda always need to be debloated becuase of school so how often should i take it

Yea played football for almost all of my life so i do cardio very often i did a DEXA scan few weeks ago and i reached the 10% body fat i dont know why my face still has fat it might be baby fat or i am bloated so i am trying to fix that with eplerenone

My friend did a DEXA scan, it said 8% bf but I would estimate his bf to be about 25%. DEXA scan doesn’t seem to work for muscular individuals, try using a bf% chart and compare it to your unpumped bloated state

Yea bro did that to turns out i am at 14% body fat so i need to drop more thanks for th advice tho
