Yes, I've been purchasing eplerenone from IndiaMart for some time now, and it's been working great. Just like the other guy stated, make sure to find a good dealer, and you'll be fine. When taking it, there's no reason for you to stack potassium, as it's not good to do so on eplerenone since it keeps potassium in your body for much longer. I'm not saying to STOP taking potassium altogether, you still need some for your body to hold onto when taking eplerenone. Start off with 25mg for like a week and then switch to 50mg daily and see how well it debloats you. Remember, it takes time. After a week or two, my results weren't awesome. I almost wanted to stop, but when that third week came around, my results finally started to kick in. I recommend taking it right when you wake up in the morning on an empty stomach and eating shortly after, that's usually what I do.

*I'm not sure whether I should stay at 50mg daily or increase to 100mg (or higher, as some people have suggested). I don't feel informed enough to make that decision, and honestly, I'm not sure what the right next step is from here.
