So I’ve been seeing a lot of info about Eplerenone but I have some questions.
Is taking Eplerenone as a natty worth it?
Do u js stay on it forever like take it everyday or like stay on it for 2 weeks and than ur done?
Can I take it without any precautions 25-50mg everyday?
Is it worth it to take this or is debloat naturally?

50mg daily is absolutely no problem, I myself take 100mg. Take it permanently, don't cycle it.

same bro except my uni starts in 1 month. i think amiloride or triamterene combined with hctz is superior to eplerenone but you gotta monitor it way more

Hm but if u have minimal bloat i think Eplerenone is better Cz there’s barely any sides on low dose

Eplerenone is pretty much the only diuretics not only safe, but also beneficial for daily use. I definitely recommend that you take it. @SlayerJonas made a good thread about it, check it out.

25mg is very low, I suppose you could try it for a little bit to see how you tolerate the drug ,but that's not even necessary. The bare minimum for any kind of results is 50mg, most trials used 100mg, I recommend 100mg.

can't find a good source, only 25mg pills are available in my country and taking 100mg means 4 pills so 30 pills will last only a week lol. triamterene + hctz is way cheaper in here and also way more effective when combined with oral minox
