You can perma run it but I haven’t done it because I sometimes get like a sharp pain in my chest after 3 weeks

If you run 200 mg I see results in less than a week.
You need to pay close attention to electrolyte balance because if you fuck it up you can get hyperkalemia

Watch out when you do exercise because you loose lots of fluid

alright how long does the debloat last after you stop taking it, and also do you get bloodwork when u take yours? i plan on getting sum like 1 week in of taking it

Dnr side effects just see how you are feeling

Debloat lasts like 3 days but I eat like shit so it can prob last longer if you still take care of diet

It doesn't help with debloating it just helps with staying debloated but take 50mg a day
