eplerone and hctz

just copped sum eplerone and hctz, im on test 400mg and tren 150, should I use these daily of just for occasions, and what doses and at what time should I take them ? thanks

I'm taking 25mg HCTZ, 50 eplerone. I took that also to less bloat too
