Eppley equivalent in Europe

Hello buddies. I would like to know if there is a surgeon with Eppley level in Europe. I want to do zygo and suborbital implants to ascend. I think I have a pretty good base and that could take me to 6.5 psl. Any suggestions?

Supposedly Dr Pagnoni has shown good results on the zygos both with implants and ZSO. This is just word of mouth though, where people who have consulted with him and seen his results reported that they were good.

Yep a Polish guy got them with his bimax and ascended hard. Just make sure to get custom implant design.
