1. Find doctor who will do it for you
2. Have enough money to get it
3. Have enough balls to get this
4. Before everything watch some videos of LF3 surgery (i posted thread where was video, like half year ago), read about possible risks
5. Have in mind that results of this surgery will not be some "super-duper" and u will not go from subhuman to 8PSL Chico Lachowski and possible gain isnt worth of possible risks
