1 inch per side is the maximum anyone seems to lengthen, but a 2” bideltoid increase is pretty noticeable. I don’t think all of those inches go into your frame as the shoulders roll back or forward or something like that. But still, a noticeable improvement

Update for you guy's. Messaged eppley off a throw away email and asked for multiple non implant related surgeries, ended up getting a quote. So for now as long as the surgery is expensive he will still do it for you. Eppleys receptionist out here giving us all heart attacks lmao.
