If might be a meme but it never scammed. Curly head James wrote a bad review lying about it being a scam with no proof then Giant implants posted the reason is because he denied James surgery and threatened to call child protective services on him if James kept bothering him

Idk but none of them were from giant implants. Giant Implants put it all on the story after James wrote the bad review. Giant actually denied him from the very beginning because he saw james was a crazy person and not even 18
