"er" is such a cute acronym when in lower case

If someone were to say "I'm going er" id just want to stroke their hair and squeeze their cheeks like a little hamster and buy them loads of cute little squeaky plush toys


Now if someone were to say "I'm going ER" I'm immediately contacting the police in hopes that the person in question gets sent to a maximum security prison for life to keep society safe from them
