Guys of his looks and build have no trouble at the very least having a good friend group of they're NT, and often still do ok with some women. For him it was a combination of many things that sealed his fate and made the perfect storm to push him over the edge, not just one thing alone

If he had the same face and body while being NT he'd have lived as a lower tier normie occasionally getting girls and consistently having a friend group at least. And if he had the same ND mind but a better face and bigger body, he also would have had some success with women and had a social life because the looks would override his neurodivergence with the usual halo effect from good looks.
