I’m 17 and I’m going to hop on erda but I have questions, these include: “do I start with 2mg and build my way up to 4mg?”, “How long should I use it?”, “how do I help mitigate the side effects?” I also have mk-677 rn mainly just to put on some more weight but I also want to try to optimize the growth hormone release from it as much as possible. I’m also taking many vitamins and minerals and an estrogen blocker for the gym (maybe cope?) any help is appreciated.

a few weeks or until medium severe side effects (disregarding the hyperphosphatemia you'll get basically in an instant)

“how do I help mitigate the side effects?”

Theres special eye drops that'll help but forgot the name something with d
Maybe a phosphate binder however stuff like sevelamer only affects phosphate intake and not what you already carry with you
Get your eyes checked here and then
