Erda dilution

I'm going to use geometric dilution for erda
499g of MCC powder with 1g erda
2g=4mg erda
Does this powder need to be in capsules or can u just swallow the powder

You can but it wont solve, so you'll have the powder swimming seperately and dry

personally i will be using size 3 capsules, taurine as filler. 99g taurine 1g erda. a size 3 capsule holds around 200mg of taurine/erda mixture so filling the capsules to the top with the mixture will create 2mg erda capsules. 1/100=0.01 (1% erda), 200mgx0.01=2mg
