Erda/Heightmaxing Questions

I'm a manlet (176 cm) 19 yo newgen

Haven't grown in 2 years at least, but haven't gotten an x-ray to check my growth plates. Saw that some people were growing at this age with erda, but I'm lowk too lazy to DMOR. My biggest inhib to erda is that my eyesight is already pretty poor, i need glasses and contacts are uncomfortable because of my astigmatism, so I'm worried my base will make it easier to fuck my eyes up.

Any tips or suggestions/guides to erda or any other height maxes would be much appreciated.

Its over if you havent grown in 2 years, maybe if you did grow atleast something then ok
