I might be wrong but from what I've heard, you need an AI when you run HGH because your body sees so much growth hormone and shuts your growth plates faster

all case studies that showed significant increase in growth approached or boasted 6 months, so that could be a goal but I would also set it as a rough limit
Atleast should take a month off then

Would just recommend doing a few months, the longer you do it the more you grow obviously
But also more risk
