I'm starting to look into potentially running erda, and find resources talking about the sides and mitigation are easy enough to find but no one talks about what compounds I need to run in tandem. Is hgh necessary or is a secretagogue enough; or, do I need one at all? Are androgens necessary or do they just speed things up?
