Do yall think erda is worth it since some of the sides after a long period of time of spiked phosphate levels can cause heart to stop or heart attack? I did some research and thats what i found would yall say erda is worth it or no im 172 cm rn

Only worth it if you are knowledgeable and have done enough research to do everything optimally and understand the actual mechanisms at play, with a proper support net and accept the side affects
