Erda Update

Hello bubs,

As you know, i have not been posting for a while. i have currently been on erda for 20 days. Im gonna be honest, not much has happened. My main sides are bloody noses and stomach pain. I think the sides are heavily overstated since most of the studies on them involve much higher doses than what i am taking. No growth right now, but my morning height is now 5'8 and my evening height is 5'7 and half. I beileve throught combing pharma and spine execises I can grow another inch or 2. I will let you guys know how it goes
