How long do you think I should take it to test it out bc idk if my growth plates for my LEGS are closed or not 😭
Take x ray of growth plates before even thinking of running erda otherwise it will simply be a waste and tbh i don't know how you'll respond to erda.

Though I recommend taking interval gaps, like 1 week break after 4 weeks of running it or 5 days in a week and 2 off on weekends. You can do either

I already got one of my wrists (you saw earlier) so i think if i ask my doctor for another one he won’t let me, bruh i was a retard and thought wrist growth plates would determine my height but i don’t run on my wrists :lul:

It's hopefuel that even the wrists epiphyseal plates were open but it'd be better if we could also determine it from your knees but yeah I think you'll make a good candidate for erda

Bet i’m gonna hop on and test it out, should I take it each week?

Try that for the first 2 weeks and observe how your body responds. Btw also take precautions like tears eyedrops and loperamide (for diarrhea).

I didn't really struggled with any side effects except the constant knees and shoulders ache. Diarrhea only happened occasionally however can't say the same for you

Wait what if I can’t do eyedrops
Depends on the person but your eyes will feel dry ash, also it's a different case than blindless since that's related to retinal and can't be prevented

What do you think the percent change of going blind is if your taking 4mg each week :lul:

As we know, patients who actually used erda for their health cause had taken it in much higher dosages. The chances of permanent eyeblindness or problems related to it were 20-25%, which to put in perspective is still alot but like if you see any changes in vision stop immediately. The blindless is a sort of culmination/build up thing so you can simply stop from it getting worse and it will get back to normal

Do you fast on erda or what do you prefer to eat
Due to the phosphate thingy, I had to keep strict restrictions on my protein intake but like phosphate is in many things therefore I simply had to be mindful

I don't like fasting but erdafitnib definitely did reduced my appetite, which comes down to what I eventually consume. Just seperate yolk from egg whites, lots. Let's say you separated egg whites from 10 eggs, very good, you can eat 3-4 yolk raw and keep the rest for tommorow

And good veggies (check them properly). Unfortunately I couldn't consume dairy and meat due to this, which is fine because I simply need enough protein from random sources while also not exceeding my daily phosphate intake by a large margin.

And regardless, you should still do phosphate blood test every 3 weeks
