i’ve heard of erda recently but i don’t know the full name for it i cant find the name on google what exactly is erda?

If you got the money, you could look into infigratinib. But if you're only planning to use that, don't expect some crazy results. I whould probably be looking at it as part of a bigger approach rather than relying on one compound alone.

i’ve been thinking recently but not researched if i should get on more than one compound but usually anything that is related to height usually has pretty hefty sides

Sure, but the problem with AI is that it can confidently give you false or outdated information. A lot of these compounds and protocols have very little research behind them, so it'll sometimes tell you something doesn't work even when the underlying biology or the limited evidence suggests it might. There's nothing wrong with using AI to help yourself, but don't rely on it alone, you still need to do your own research and read the actual studies.
