so im planning to hop on erda should i do powder or pills

From what i heard when you buy the powder, like raw erda and make it into capsules yourself it's much cheaper, but you will need different variety of equipment - and if you are not familiar with it and don't want to then stick to classical pills/capsules , but if want to save money and learn something new do it yourself
