Erdafitinib only block FGFR signalling, especially FGFR3. That acts as a brake on growth plate activity. It's more for cancer therapy, as opposed to height-enhancement. One individual, who was prepubertal, gained 14.3cm during treatment-but ended up with skeletal deformities, if I remember correctly, it was kyphoscoliosis and contractures.
