Not taking just erda but also gh ai on a few other things. So far I have been using it at 8mg a day for a couple weeks so far but here are the effects that seem to come from erda. I am using pharma erda from erdanat(natco)

- I literally feel like a cancer patient every day Im super tired even when if i slept a long time.
- Hair falls out a bit more quickly like 6-8 hairs vs 3-4 hairs in the shower.
- Extreme mouth dryness at night. If you wake up in the middle of the night, make sure you have some water next to you because your mouth will feel like sandpaper (I dont mouthbreathe either)
- Hands get have poor circulation some times if you lay down and using your hand to hold phone.
-Very bad bloody noses. I get a bloody nose every day and often from both nostrils.
- Strong appetite suppression. Even on high doses of gh, 12-30 iu, If I dont eat for two days and eat once, I get full immediately.
-My vision is noticably worse, like 20-40% worse. This should be temporary though and ill make sure by cycling erda so I dont get any perm defects.
- I got about 3-4 "Transient Lingual Papillitis (TLP)" bumps on my tongue (like single white inflamed taste buds) that were very annoying but I fixed just by cutting off with nail clipper
-Diarrhea every single poop. It's tolerable because it's not like painful diarrhea just super loose stool and always comes out at once. There was one time it was too acidic and painful but that's it.

I did 12mg yesterday to finish off one of my bottles (I must have lost a pill) and it didnt seem increase sides too much. 8mg isnt too insane, if old ass cancer patients can tolerate it, surely a healthy young person with supraphysiological levels of hgh/igf can tolerate it better.

I used to think that was the strat too until further research led me to believe that more it is just high risk for not much reward. 4mg is the very last dose reduction before they recommend you not to even take it anymore. It only provides 20-40% fgfr3 inhibition. If I was gonna try erda I might as well get the full reward and do 8mg. They have tested this in people up to 12mg which results in 90-95+% suppression btw.

John here, you might want advice or you might DNR me, but for your fatigue, push high dose electrolytes (so sodium, potassium and magnesium together). Afterward add 3mg of creatine with 2mg of taurine, for the bloody noses, I would recommend you using saline nasal spray multiple times a day with a humidifier in your room at night, for your mouth I would recommend keeping water and an electrolyte drink right next to your bed, you can add a little raw honey or coconut oil swish before you go to bed. And since you have appetite suppression I would recommend GHRP-6 (200mcg) before meals to force hunger. For your circulation you can get 3g L-Citrulline or beetroot nitrates daily + warm showers + light cardios helps.

For your hair you should take RU58841 or topical minoxidil + ketonazole shampoo if shedding bothers.

For your diarrhea add psyllium husk or activated charcoal temporarily then take electrolytes again1

for TLP that is usually a self resolve, good stuff.

ya I plan on getting ru since it is quite cheap. For appetite I prefer just ibutamoren because cheap and easy. Basically a gh PCT too. Thanks for the advice!
