I was doing 12iu a day and measured igf1 to be over 1000ng/ml . Im dropping down to 8iu a day and 20mg a day anavar. This should result in a pretty similar level of igf1 because anavar increases igf1 production a lot and I can save a bit of money because anavar is cheap.

Ur gh dose should be calculated i used the 1iu/kg/w divided by 7 calculation for my daily dose and Anavar just increases igf1r sensitivity barely increases gh pulses
