How do you guys manage appetite suppression on Erda. I can barley eat like half of what I used to eat without getting to almost the point of throwing up. I can't hit my macros. Anybody know what to do?

its been almost 3 months for me but; idk why I only felt the appetite suppression recently. I was even on a higher dosage and it was not as bad as rn.
