erdafitinib Indiamart ledgit?

im not fully sure if its fully ledgit because I have experenced joint pains -> harder to sleep -> dry eyes however Ive experenced no bloody noses which confuses me becuase thats a common side im running 3mg and ive been managing phosphate very well along with hydration can this be why I dont have to side can it be becuase im not prone to this side or is it becuase I experenced placebo and dont have real pills and I must of thought I was past few days joint pain has been getting less bad aswell which is strange
