theyve tested up to 12mg on people before. upping to 9mg is standard if phosphate too low

I would start at 3mg see where my phosphate level is at and if it’s above 5.5 I would probably hop on a binder.


I would recommend lanthanum carbonate as it’s basically a better sevelamer
