So I’m gonna use Mcc as filler and 00 size capsules how do I know how much filler I have to mix the 1g erda with so that I have 8mg erda per capsule pls help I give reps and solution

00 is about .95ml, so you can fit a bit less than a gram of powder, with a little stretch (not pushing them completely closed) you can fit a gram
Id just make a 1:250 mixture (3.95mg/g) and call it a day
You can just take 2 capsules and get (almost) 8mg
Alternatively you can put in the required API in the capsule and just fill up with the mcc but then youll have not a good mix
