hi (15), id like to know you're thoughts on erda. im going to get an x-ray to see if my plates are open so i can consider buying 4mg of erda before or on november. id like to ask if taking erda is enough besides me improving my diet such as increase in zinc and other stuff (not taking anything besides erda if ever). please i want you're honest thoughts im around 5'7 - 5'8. also heard that the side effects are crazy how do you lessen the chances getting them, whilst taking erda yk
