Like, obviously he was a disgusting person, had free will and could've dealt with it much differently.
But it goes to show just how humiliating it is if your dick does not work normally. To what dark places it can lead someone.
I think Chikatilo is a much more brutal case than Elliot Rodger, who after all was a spoiled, whiney trustfund kid, who was never prepared to handle the real world. He died before he even had the chance to truly suffer. He was a coward and caused damage to men worldwide.
Chikatilo had been carrying all that frustration in him for decades. And all that despite the fact that he was married, had children and lead a normal existence from the outside.
