i had it for a year now cause i have a pelvic floor issue, whenever i tried to manually get an erection, i would just feel my pelvic floor muscles contracting instead and that was it. Maybe check if thats the problem?

i take a couple supplements but nothing significant, and it works sometimes like i still get hard and jerk off but i just cant get hard to stuff that isnt porn, might have fried my brain :feelswhy:

i get 2-3 hours sun a day, and i eat grass fed beef and free range eggs for almost every meal, other meals i have fruit idk how much healthier i can eat lwk, the porn is probably the issue. also 10mg of cialis is a bit high jfl
