Not anything definitive but wikipedia says the school has an SFI,which is a language course for immigrants.
All the videos shown have people with Arabic accents in them.

I checked again and there's no definitive source on his skin color.someone on r/masskillers said he has family who live nearby in the area and that the news confirmed his skin is white,but idk may be bullshit
